Azkoitia's Market Square will host the 'Azokatik Mahaira: Sukaldean Behin' workshop this Saturday, offering insights into simple, healthy, and sustainable cooking.

Azkoitia's Market Square will host the 'Azokatik Mahaira: Sukaldean Behin' workshop this Saturday, offering insights into simple, healthy, and sustainable cooking. Attendees will learn how to prepare a week's worth of meals in just two hours.
Chef Anne Otegi and nutritionist Aitziber Aizpuru will lead the workshop, taking place at Kontzejupe starting at 11:00 AM. Otegi is involved in the Elikaenea project, while Aizpuru heads the Eliku center.
During the event, participants will learn steps for balanced and healthy eating without spending excessive time in the kitchen. The workshop will also highlight the work of local producers by using nearby and seasonal ingredients.
The initiative is organized by Landaola, the Federation of Rural Development Associations of Gipuzkoa, in collaboration with the Azkoitia City Council. Its aim is to foster rural development and the local economy by contributing to the revitalization of rural markets.
