The Aste Nagusia festival in Zarautz continues with its fifth and penultimate event tonight, Friday, featuring a concert by the band Puro Relajo. The performance will take place on the boardwalk starting at 11:00 PM.
Hailing from Aibar/Oibar in Navarra, this group is a recurring favorite at Zarautz's festivities, returning year after year due to popular demand. They are renowned for their energetic live performances, characterized by vitality, freshness, and audience engagement.
While their main identity lies in Mexican rancheras and corridos, Puro Relajo also adapts classics from various genres into their own cheerful and festive style. It is anticipated that, as in previous years, they will have the crowd gathered on the boardwalk dancing to their tunes.
The Aste Nagusia concert series has previously featured performances by Janus Lester and the veteran rock band Seguridad Social.
