Indamendi mountain club organizes a trip to the Pyrenees for San Pedro

From June 26 to 29, the association proposes climbing peaks such as Maubèrme, Barlonguèra, and Mont Valier.

The Indamendi mountain club of Zumaia has organized an expedition to the Pyrenees from June 26 to 29, coinciding with the San Pedro festivities, to climb peaks such as Maubèrme, Barlonguèra, and Mont Valier.

The Indamendi Mendi Bazkuna association has prepared a proposal for hiking enthusiasts during the upcoming San Pedro festivities. Over four days, participants will have the opportunity to explore iconic peaks in the Pyrenees, including Maubèrme (2,881 m), Barlonguèra (2,802 m), and Mont Valier (2,839 m).
The departure is scheduled for June 26, Friday, at 16:30 from the bus station at Kantauri Square. The organizers have designed alternative routes for each day, allowing for different levels of physical exertion. Accommodation is planned in Casaun and local mountain huts.
Registration is now open with fees ranging from 200 to 300 euros. It is mandatory to have a valid mountain federation license or equivalent insurance coverage. Payments must be made through the bank account provided at Laboral Kutxa.
