The Azpeitia City Council will promote the construction of 40 new homes in the Santutxo and Erdikale neighborhoods, with ten being subsidized and thirty market-rate, outlining the registration procedures and deadlines.

A total of 40 new homes will be built in Azpeitia, distributed between the Santutxo and Erdikale neighborhoods. In Santutxo, 28 homes will be constructed, with ten being subsidized and eighteen market-rate. In Erdikale, twelve market-rate homes will be built.
To participate in the allocation process for subsidized housing, interested parties must be registered with Etxebide before November 1st. Additionally, an extra application for the draw will be required, with the regulatory bases expected to be published before summer.
For the market-rate homes, both the eighteen in Santutxo and the twelve in Erdikale, registration must be completed at the municipal registry when the specific deadline is announced. The registration process can be done at the Housing Office or through the municipal website.
The city council has announced that the draws for both housing promotions will be held jointly before the end of the year. The specific conditions for participating in the draws will be detailed in the regulatory bases to be published before summer.
