Azpeitia Plenary to Address Child Protection and LGTBIQ+ Policies

The Azpeitia City Council will convene a plenary session on Tuesday at 7:00 PM to approve a structured notification itinerary for addressing situations of violence or vulnerability against minors, among other agenda items.

The session will commence with a point focused on the renaming of the advisory commission for the Department of Feminist Policies, LGTBIQ+ Policies, and Social Needs. Subsequently, the contract for the home care service (in its daytime, nighttime, and social support modalities), the community housing center service, and supervised apartments for the elderly at Elizkale 26-28 will be awarded, along with the daytime care service for seniors.
The plenary will continue with the awarding of the lease contract for various sports equipment for the Azpeitia swimming pool gym and the settlement of the 2025 budget. This section will include reporting on the resolution issued by the Mayor's Office on March 5, 2026, regarding the approval of said settlement, as well as the resolution issued by the Mayor's Office on the same day concerning the modification of the 2026 budget.
The session will conclude with a final point where the Mayor's Office will report on resolutions issued in February 2026 before moving to the requests and questions section.
