To participate in this challenge, individuals must download the Wellk application, register, and then select Urduliz as their group. Activities can be recorded directly via the app's GPS or by syncing services like Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Health, or Google Health Connect.
Participants must be over 14 years old. Furthermore, it is not necessary to be registered in Urduliz, as organizers stated, "anyone with a connection or affinity to the town can choose it as their group".
