This service continues the work of the Sopela Diversa initiative, previously offered by the City Council of Sopela. The program now covers Barrika, Berango, Gorliz, Lemoiz, Plentzia, Sopela, and Urduliz, aiming to ensure effective access to rights and simplify administrative procedures.
The legal assistance includes advice on immigration procedures such as residence and work permits, family reunification, nationality, and international protection. It also provides support for responding to administrative requirements.
In addition to legal guidance, the service offers information on community resources, including registration, social services, healthcare, education, and employment, to facilitate social inclusion and integration.
The service is located at Kurtzio Kultur Etxea in Sopela (Mendieta, 11) and operates on Fridays from 09:00 to 14:00. Appointments can be made by calling 946 76 26 74.
