The local town hall has announced the return of the 'txu-txu' tourist train service, which will connect the municipal center with the beach throughout the summer season. The service is set to commence next Monday, June 24, and will run until August 31.
The train will operate daily, with services running in the morning from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM and in the afternoon from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The route will start from the square located opposite the school, proceed to the beach, and return, making an intermediate stop in Bikamiota.
Season passes for the entire summer will be available for purchase at the Tourist Office for 10 euros starting June 29. After this date, the price for these passes will increase to 20 euros.
Single tickets can also be purchased for one euro, available directly on the train, at the Tourist Office, and at the campsite. Each single ticket allows for one journey, either from the beach to the town or from the town to the beach.
Additionally, passes offering fifteen one-way trips will be sold for 10 euros.
Children under 3 years of age will be able to travel free of charge when accompanied by an adult.
