The regional honor team of Tolosa CF concludes the season in fourth place, with the primary goal of building the team and developing young players.

Josu Ibarbia, the team's coach, has described the season as "very positive" and "very optimistic." Despite a dip in form after a strong start, he highlighted the second half of the season as "wonderful," having lost only one out of seventeen matches. Ibarbia emphasizes that the team has made significant progress both collectively and individually.
The league winner is directly promoted to the Third Division, while the second-placed team has the chance to play in the promotion playoffs. Tolosa CF has earned 57 points, with 15 wins, 12 draws, and 7 losses. Ibarbia explained that promotion was not the main objective, as they had many young players, including six or seven promoted from the youth team who delivered an "incredible level."
"The objective was to build the team, to make it grow, to be as well-prepared as possible in a few years. I believe those objectives have been more than met," said Ibarbia, highlighting the improvement of both the team and the players.
Ibarbia notes that every team in the Regional Honor division has "great enthusiasm," and that the challenge was to form a competitive team, achieve results against tough opponents, and display a good level of play.
This was Ibarbia's first year coaching a senior team, and he describes it as an "incredible learning experience." He has gained confidence as a coach and learned to view football differently, expressing gratitude to the club for the opportunity.
For the upcoming season, the new coach will be the Tolosa native Eneko Martija. Ibarbia, meanwhile, will join the Antzuola club's honor youth team as an assistant coach under Unai Gazpio.
