The grants are aimed at individuals who have completed euskera courses from levels A0 to C2 at an approved euskaltegi in the area.
Along with the application, applicants must submit their ID card (DNI), a certificate from the euskaltegi, and certificates proving they are up-to-date with their tax and Social Security obligations.
