The ADR Izki has established the Empty and Habitable Housing Census in Montaña Alavesa to address housing accessibility challenges, promoting the sale or rental of properties. This initiative, started in 2024 and supported by the regional town councils, aims to identify and showcase available homes on a dedicated platform.
Following project presentations to town councils and administrative boards, the initiative is being promoted to the public through electronic channels and local visits to identify properties. The goal is to inform individuals interested in selling or renting their homes in Montaña Alavesa about this census.
Participation involves completing a registration form requesting a brief description, location, photographs, and a contact phone number that will be displayed on the platform.
Participation in the census is voluntary and free. Those who sell or rent their property are kindly asked to complete a withdrawal form.
