Extinction efforts are being coordinated from the advanced command post located in Arriola. Initial estimates indicate that the fire has impacted approximately 100 hectares of pine trees.
Conditions have improved significantly compared to the previous day. Substantial progress has been made in establishing a perimeter, although one area remains difficult to access and is expected to be secured throughout the day.
Weather forecasts for this afternoon suggest a shift in conditions, with increased humidity and falling temperatures. Potential rainfall could provide significant assistance in extinguishing the flames.
Approximately 50 firefighters are currently working on-site, supported by three aerial units, including two helicopters and one seaplane, which are conducting continuous water drops on the affected zone.
