Ondarroa will celebrate the Zapato Azule festival this Saturday, and in preparation, the City Council will deploy a comprehensive plan with specific measures for both Saturday and Sunday. The local administration will contract its own medical and ambulance service, staffed by a nurse and two technicians. This service will operate from the changing rooms at the Zaldupe sports field to avoid overwhelming the local clinic.
