Renfe has announced that the C3 line in Bilbao's commuter network will undergo modifications between Arrigorriaga and Bilbao from July 4th to 9th, requiring passengers to use buses due to works at Bidebieta station.

Renfe has announced that it will need to make adjustments to the C3 commuter line in Bilbao due to works at the Bidebieta station. Consequently, between July 4th and 9th, passengers on this line will have to travel between Arrigorriaga and Bilbao by bus, in both directions.
The works will affect not only the commuter service but also Medium Distance trains. Trains between Bilbao and Miranda Ebro will complete the entire journey by road. Similarly, trains connecting the Biscayan capital with Madrid or Barcelona will also cover the section to Miranda Ebro by bus during the aforementioned dates and in both directions.
In recent days, several incidents have occurred on Renfe's C3 line, some related to the Bidebieta works. On Monday, for instance, significant delays occurred and several trains had to be cancelled due to an infrastructure incident. Last night, however, an alternative bus service was implemented between Laudio and Urduña stations. This morning, 15-minute delays were also reported on the train service connecting Bilbao and Urduña.
