Bilbao City Council has inaugurated outdoor solarium areas in five municipal sports centers, available from May 1st to September 30th, allowing citizens to enjoy the good weather.

Bilbao City Council has announced the opening of designated outdoor areas, functioning as solariums, in several municipal sports centers. This initiative, which begins this Friday, May 1st, will be operational until September 30th, coinciding with the sunniest months in the city.
Specifically, these solariums will be located outside the sports centers of Txurdinaga, Errekalde, Artxanda, San Inazio, and Zorrotza. The aim is to expand the leisure and well-being options within public facilities, enabling residents to sunbathe comfortably and safely without needing to leave the urban environment.
As highlighted by Bilbao City Council, the solariums will be open daily, continuously from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This extended schedule will allow users to visit at any time within these hours.
