Arrigorriaga City Council has announced that urban renewal works in the Salud e Higiene neighborhood will commence at the end of June, with a budget of 1.3 million euros.

The project focuses on four key areas: replacing outdated water and sewage networks, improving pavement and accessibility, upgrading public lighting and street furniture, and ensuring the technical continuity of urban services in adjacent areas.
Once these works are completed, the council will focus on the San Juan neighborhood. Consultations with residents have already begun to design a comprehensive renewal plan, mirroring the approach used in Ollargan and Salud e Higiene.
Additionally, renovations to the school playground are scheduled to start next week, following the end of the school term. The local government reports that over 70% of the 110 measures in their legislative plan are either completed or underway.

"Estamos construyendo una Arrigorriaga más accesible, viva e igualitaria, poniendo a los barrios en el centro."
