The registration period for Arrigorriaga's ‘Feria de Mujeres Creadoras’ (Women Creators' Fair) will open from September 1st to 13th. The fair is scheduled for October 3rd in Teodosia Ortega park. This fifth edition, organized by Lamiaena Emakumeen Etxea, will feature a variety of activities including courses, talks, discussions, film screenings, exhibitions, and book presentations.
Furthermore, the eighth edition of the Arrigorriagako Ausartak Mendi Lasterketa (Ausartak Mountain Race) is set for January 16, 2026. The previous edition saw 824 runners participate, 100 more than the year before. In that race, affected by the weather, 583 men (70%) and 241 women (30%) competed.
The Department of Health and Osakidetza will allocate a budget of 6.3 million euros for the new health center in Arrigorriaga. Construction is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2028, at the southern end of Teodosia Ortega park. The new building will span 1,564 square meters and include three new areas: family medicine, maternal-child care, and physiotherapy.

These grants are for individuals studying at the municipal Euskaltegi or HABE-certified centers, and applicants must be registered residents of Arrigorriaga.
