The event will bring together companies, institutions, professionals, and research and innovation agents to advance towards healthier aging and improved quality of life. The program will feature a congress, an exhibition area, demonstration workshops, and a Living Lab for experimenting with solutions.
AZTI will participate by presenting its capabilities in science and technology for healthy aging, focusing on two complementary areas: precision nutrition and the development of foods adapted to the needs of older adults.
In precision nutrition, AZTI will demonstrate how studying biomarkers and microbiota, alongside artificial intelligence and scientific validation, enables progress towards more personalized diets. Regarding food innovation, it will showcase its expertise in designing protein-rich foods, solutions for individuals with swallowing difficulties —dysphagia—, and functional ingredients, incorporating sensory optimization and consumer validation.
The forum is aimed at companies, health and care professionals, administrations, research centers, and other stakeholders interested in developing solutions and fostering collaborations related to aging and longevity.
