The Legazpi City Council has thanked all those who contributed to the success of the Intercultural Day held on October 17th, as well as the attending citizens.

Legazpi successfully celebrated a new edition of its Intercultural Day last Saturday, October 17th. Despite having to face adverse weather, attendees filled the town with color, music, dance, flavor, and above all, coexistence, finally taking refuge in the Azoka and Urbeltz.
The City Council wishes to thank all the individuals, associations, and entities that have made this wonderful day possible. Special thanks are extended to the participants and country representatives for sharing their culture, gastronomy, attire, dances, and smiles. The work and effort of those involved in organization, setup, and assistance have been deemed essential for everything to be ready and for the festival to be a great success, despite the unpredictable weather.
Sponsors and collaborators are also thanked for their support and for believing in this community project. Finally, thanks are given to all attending citizens for coming to the Azoka and Urbeltz, for creating a great atmosphere, and for celebrating diversity together.
This special day has once again demonstrated that diversity enriches us and that, based on Basque language and culture, we build Legazpi together. Thank you very much, and see you next year!
