The group Grupo Arrasate has initiated procedures to construct a new housing block in Ibarrazpi, a privately owned plot of land. To advance the project, the group wishes to compile a list of individuals who may be interested.
The residences will reportedly be of 2 or 3 bedrooms and will include garages.
