The image was taken last spring in a garden in Ordizia. After the grass had been freshly cut, insects emerged, and the robin was attentive to the opportunity.
With its prey in its beak, the robin sought height and, as seen in the photograph, perched on the handle of a scythe. The photography enthusiast emphasized that achieving such portraits requires time and patience.

The photographer delved into the world of photography in 1980 with other amateur friends, gaining basic knowledge ever since. Currently, they are a member of the Argizpi photography association in Beasain and enjoy the group's atmosphere. Their preferred genres are sports photography, portraits, and landscapes.
