In this year's edition, Lazkao has reinforced its role as a meeting point for giants, bringing together troupes from seven localities. Participants included giants from Pasaia, Lekeitio, Errenteria, Legazpi, Ibarra, and Villasar de Dalt from the Catalan Countries, alongside Lazkao's own troupe.

The festivities commenced yesterday with a welcoming ceremony at the town hall. This morning, at 10:30 AM, an exhibition of the participating giants was held in TPT Square, followed by a parade at 11:00 AM, where all the giants and big-heads paraded through the town accompanied by music, creating a colorful spectacle.

The events were enjoyed by all attendees, both young and old. The giants' parade filled the streets of Lazkao with lively tunes and vibrant colors. Additionally, one giant was spotted paying homage to yesterday's victory of Real Sociedad, sporting a blue and white scarf.
