The renowned competition took place as part of the Alicante Gastronómica fair. Agirre's creation, an excellent combination of pork ear and paprika, secured the top spot. It is noteworthy that this special omelette was not made solely for the contest but has been offered for some time at the Goiherri restaurant for the enjoyment of locals and visitors alike.
