The Segura City Council and Cebanc have jointly organized a free course for residents over 55, aimed at strengthening emotional management, resilience, and self-esteem.

This course, titled “Strategies for emotional management: resilience, self-esteem, and grief management,” is the result of a collaboration between the Segura City Council and the Cebanc institution. While primarily aimed at individuals over 55, younger individuals are also welcome to register, and their participation will be considered based on the total number of applicants.
The sessions will take place from May 9 to June 9, on Mondays and Tuesdays, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Danon Gela. A total of eight practical sessions will be offered, where participants will have the opportunity to learn strategies for building resilience, resources for boosting self-esteem, and basic tools for coping with grief, all through an interactive approach.
