The Culture department of the Zumarraga City Council has announced the commencement of preparations for the Santa Isabel festivities. This year, on July 2nd, tables will be set up behind the hermitage of La Antigua to be raffled among groups for the Santa Isabel day meal. The registration period for this raffle will be from June 1st to 11th. The draw will take place on Monday, June 15th, at 1:00 PM in the cultural center. Winning groups must present the ID of each attendee and pay a deposit of 1 euro per person.

The menu for the communal meal will cost 51 euros, and registration will also be open from June 1st to 11th. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Furthermore, the children's drum parade is scheduled for June 28th at 5:30 PM, requiring registration and having limited spots. Rehearsals will be held in June: for Early Childhood Education on June 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th at 6:00 PM in the Azoka, and on subsequent days at 6:00 PM in La Salle. For Primary Education, rehearsals are on June 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 22nd, 25th, and 26th at 7:00 PM in La Salle. It is noted that 'attendance at all rehearsals is not mandatory'.

The drum parade for societies will be held on July 3rd. Rehearsals will begin on June 8th at 8:00 PM in the gymnasium of La Salle.
