This initiative is part of the municipal active policies designed to strengthen the local economic fabric and support small and medium-sized businesses. The program is specifically tailored for young people aged between 18 and 30, a key demographic due to their consumption capacity and their role in transforming commercial trends.
One of the campaign's main attractions lies in the voucher format itself. Each voucher costs 10 euros for the user but allows for purchases worth 20 euros, effectively doubling the consumer's purchasing power. This direct incentive aims to immediately stimulate consumption, benefiting both customers and merchants. Furthermore, the vouchers are divided into four 5-euro parts, allowing for flexible use, either in a single establishment or distributed across several participating businesses.
To use these vouchers, the minimum purchase amount must be 5 euros or more, facilitating their use across a wide variety of products and services. This flexibility is designed to adapt to the real needs of young people, enabling them to integrate voucher use into their daily consumption.
Regarding the requirements to access the campaign, interested individuals must be between 18 and 30 years old (i.e., born between 1996 and 2008, inclusive) and be registered in Beasain for at least one year prior to the publication of the rules in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Vouchers can be purchased at iGunea, from 12:00 to 14:30, and the deadline for purchase is today. Once acquired, they can be used until July 31.
The campaign involves a large number of local establishments, covering diverse sectors. From clothing and footwear stores to opticians, bookstores, beauty centers, hairdressers, pharmacies, sports shops, or specialized businesses, the variety ensures that vouchers can be used in multiple areas of daily consumption. Participating businesses include names such as Labores Otea, Amets Descanso, Intersport, Itoiz Arropa Denda, Farmabi Parafarmazia, Multiopticas, Siboney, Lirain Lurrindegia, Foto Alzuri, Mirentxu Liburudenda, and Vicuña Sport, among many others.
