A minor, who had been abducted by their biological family in Cantabria, has been located by the Spanish National Police in Gipuzkoa and returned to their foster family, sources from the police force confirmed to Efe.
The operation took place this Sunday in Arrasate, where officers located and rescued the minor who had been abducted fifteen days earlier in the Cantabrian town of Torrelavega.
The operation, carried out by court order, concluded without incidents or arrests.
The minor has been returned to the foster family where they currently reside, the sources indicated.
