The Vitoria-Gasteiz based club reported that Pacheco had an arthroscopy at the Policlínica Gipuzkoa to remove a loose body from his right ankle. The procedure was reportedly successful with no significant complications, and he is expected to be discharged on Thursday.
The surgery was overseen by the medical services of Real Sociedad and coordinated with Alavés, Pacheco's loan club. This operation concludes his season, meaning he will not feature in the final league game against Rayo Vallecano.
Pacheco has seen limited playing time recently, featuring for only nine minutes in the last eight matches. His involvement has been minimal since Quique Sánchez Flores took charge, and he hasn't played a single minute since the match against Mallorca on April 25th.
