The registration period for the new guided water and gym activities for the 2026-2027 academic year will run from May 13 to June 2. The offer includes courses starting in September, with allocation determined by a lottery, giving preference to registered members. According to the regulations, all current courses will be dissolved in July, and new groups will be formed in September for the start of the next academic year. Additionally, no classes will be held at the Orbea sports center during July.

The lottery results will be announced on June 5, both on the Eibar Kirola website and via email. Subsequently, between June 8 and 12, users will have the opportunity to decline their assigned course. After this period, registration will be automatically formalized, and payment of the September fee will be mandatory.

The final list of courses starting in September will be published on June 22. From June 26, it will also be possible to register for any remaining free places in confirmed groups. Registrations can be made through the Eibar Kirola website or in person at any municipal sports facility. To complete the online process, prior registration and entry of the user number, found on the membership or course card, will be required.

Individuals without this number must request it at reception. Registration must always be made in the name of the person participating in the activity. For adult swimming courses, the organization emphasizes the importance of ensuring registration is at the appropriate level. If there are doubts, a level test can be requested via the technical service's email.

If a person registers for an unsuitable group, they will lose their chosen spot and must adapt to the options offered by the organization, without the right to a refund. For children's swimming, the criterion will be the level indicated on the diploma obtained in the previous academic year. Those without this document must also request a level test.
