The Sanagustin cultural center in Azpeitia will host an exhibition titled Bollologia, which presents the visual genealogy of the lesbian movement in Euskal Herria. This exhibition has been organized in collaboration with the Astindu Armayuek assembly and will open on Monday, April 20th. It will be on display until April 27th, offering a rich collection that documents the struggles and references of the past and present.
The inauguration ceremony will take place on Monday, April 20th, at 6:30 PM, and the exhibition's author, Marta Luxan, will offer a guided tour. This exhibition has been scheduled around the International Day of Lesbian Visibility, celebrated on April 26th, emphasizing the importance of this date.
Additionally, the itinerant Berdindu service from the Basque Government will be available at the Emakumeen Txokoa in Azpeitia on Tuesday, April 21st. This service aims to offer resources directed at the LGTBI+ community, providing citizens with the opportunity to clarify doubts about identity, sexual orientation, legislation, and sexual diversity.
Members of Berdindu will offer in-person assistance at the Emakumeen Txokoa from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
