The monthly local produce market will return to Seber Altube square in Arrasate on April 18, offering its usual fresh vegetables and local products, but also incorporating a new attraction: a gluten-free pastry workshop open to all audiences.

The activity will be taught by Ainara Abasolo, from Irrika Gluten Free, and will allow participants to learn how to prepare recipes such as blueberry jam, granola, and custard. The main objective is to make gluten-free alternatives practical and accessible.
The workshop will have 15 places and is aimed at people of all ages. It will take place on the morning of Saturday, April 18, in the square itself, running parallel to the market.
In addition to this new proposal, the event will maintain its usual format, with stalls offering local products and a raffle for a basket among those who make purchases.
Registration for the workshop is now open and can be done at the BAZ, by calling 943 252 000, or through the website izenemateak.arrasate.eus.
