The Urkabustaiz City Council has launched a participatory process under the slogan "Urkabustaiz eraikiz!" to define the future use of the town hall.

The aim of this process is to understand the municipality's current needs, identify potential shortcomings in existing spaces and services, and gather ideas and proposals to give the building a useful, realistic, and beneficial use for the entire population. To this end, various participation tools and spaces have been set up, which will take place in October. Once the process is complete, the Council will publish the results, which will serve as a basis for determining the building's use.
Ways to participate: On October 29th, Thursday, two coffee talk sessions will be held, one in the morning at 12:00 PM and another in the afternoon at 5:00 PM. To participate, registration is required by October 28th, by sending an email to partleftrightarrowzea@gorbeialdea.eus or calling 945 430167, indicating which session you will attend.
If you cannot attend the participatory session, submit your proposal by filling out the following form until October 28th. The form will also be available physically at the town hall for those who request it.
Don't miss the opportunity, your opinion counts! The Urkabustaiz City Council reminds you that building a better municipality is a shared task. Participate in Urkabustaiz eraikiz!
