The company Sutobal will begin handing over keys at the end of July for the homes it is building in Kalebarren square, Zumarraga, and part of the new square will also open.

The company Sutobal is constructing housing at number 32 Kalebarren in Zumarraga, with key handover scheduled to begin in late July and September. This new building will comprise 46 homes, with some key recipients receiving theirs soon. The building includes commercial spaces, five floors, and an attic, and all residences feature terraces.
Part of the new square will also be opened by the company at the end of July. In total, 100 homes will be built across four buildings. A square, approximately the size of Zumarraga's main square, will be created in the center.
The key handover for the second building (Kalebarren 34) is anticipated for the end of next year.
