Following the summer break, the Elorrio Town Hall is resuming its regular meeting points for literature enthusiasts. Specifically for the 2026-2027 academic year, two distinct groups have been established: the Basque-language club «Liburu bat, hamaika berba» and the Spanish-language «Club de Lectura». The Council aims to encourage reading habits and provide an enriching space for reflection and sharing impressions on various literary works.
The Basque-language group will commence its sessions on October 14th, with meetings scheduled until May, generally taking place on the second or third Wednesday of each month. The Spanish-language club, on the other hand, will start on October 21st and run until June, ensuring a monthly literary gathering. In both instances, participants will have the opportunity to delve into diverse genres and authors within a friendly and participatory atmosphere.
The Town Hall encourages all citizens to register and join this literary adventure, presenting a perfect occasion to enjoy books together. Those interested in signing up or seeking further details about the selected readings can contact the municipal library.
