On Wednesday, May 27th, repairs will be carried out on the Elizalde-Gurutze slope and the Matxinporta straight, potentially causing temporary traffic disruptions.

A raised pedestrian crossing will be built on the slope in the Elizalde-Gurutze neighborhood to allow wheelchair users to pass comfortably. This measure addresses a request made by residents during budget meetings, as the current incline poses a challenge.
The local council has warned of possible traffic interruptions during the work, although the company performing the tasks will strive to facilitate access to and from the garages.
The entire slope will also be refurbished as part of this project. Additionally, several potholes on the Matxinporta straight will be filled. Despite the municipality needing to commission a reurbanization project for the area, this "tidying up" intervention is deemed "essential" in the interim.
