The Durango Market will become a hub for local gastronomy this week with a new program of activities promoted by the City Council.

The program kicks off this Thursday at 6:00 PM with a tasting of wines and oils from Rioja Alavesa. This initiative aims to highlight the work of small local producers and promote responsible consumption within a space dedicated to food culture.
On Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, a live cooking workshop on fresh artisanal pasta will take place. The session will allow attendees to learn creative preparation techniques using local ingredients in a participatory experience.
The gastronomic schedule will conclude on the 28th with an artisanal beer tasting. The local government encourages citizens to participate in these initiatives, which reinforce the commitment to local trade and food quality.
