Considering last year's success, when 169 photos were submitted, citizens have once again been encouraged to share their pictures on social media. Participants have until July 15th to publish their Durango photos by mentioning the Instagram account @durangobizkaia. They will also need to use the hashtags created specifically for the contest, such as #DurangokoTxokorikPolitena2026.
In addition to posting photos online, participants must complete a digital form to officially enter the contest.

The contest features two main local prizes: 200 euros for the first place and 100 euros for the second. Furthermore, the winners will have the chance to see their photographs featured in Durango's promotional materials, such as postcards and posters. The winning image will represent Durango in the final stage of the state project 'My Favorite Corner', where prizes of up to 500 euros can be won.
