The project aims to transform the former winery building into a hub for wine tourism, culture, and local heritage. The new center will span 11,000 square meters, with 5,200 dedicated to exhibitions and immersive experiences designed to engagingly showcase the cultural, historical, and scientific dimensions of wine.
Visitors will embark on a thematic journey across several floors: the ground floor will host the reception and workshops; the first floor will explore the historical origins of wine and the vineyard landscape; the second and third floors will delve into grape varieties, fermentation processes, and feature immersive projections; and the fourth floor will examine the connection with gastronomy through interactive tables. Additionally, outdoor spaces will include a viewpoint for landscape interpretation.
To enhance the visitor experience, the center will feature tasting areas, a showroom for wineries, an interactive map, a wine sales point, and a specialized shop, fostering connections between visitors and local producers.
