This training initiative will cover key aspects of Digital Administration, including types of electronic accreditations, how to use a digital certificate, and the digital services available to the public. The Urnieta City Council has announced that the session will take place next Monday, April 20, at five in the afternoon at the Lekaio cultural center, with no prior registration required.
The program aims to promote digital autonomy and reduce the technological gap, enabling citizens to communicate with public administrations using their mobile devices. The sessions are designed with colloquial and accessible language, making them easy to understand even for those unfamiliar with digital tools.
The program is especially aimed at seniors, students, SMEs, associations, disadvantaged groups, and city councils, and is usually taught both in the facilities of the requesting groups and at the Government Subdelegation in Gipuzkoa itself.
The City Council considers this training to be very beneficial, particularly for older individuals, and encourages all citizens to participate and take advantage of this opportunity to become more familiar with electronic administration.
