The San Pedro festivities in Lasarte-Oria have commenced, with the City Council bolstering services to facilitate the celebrations, including improvements to night transport, cleaning, and accessibility.

Key novelties this year include enhancements to the night transport service, reinforcement of street cleaning, and new accessibility measures at the fairground, in addition to the work carried out by the municipal brigade.
Regarding cleaning, the City Council will strengthen the usual setup by adding a tanker truck for washing areas with significant dirt accumulation. When necessary, it will collaborate with cleaning staff to intensify tasks on sidewalks, squares, and pedestrian areas.
The municipal brigade will once again play an essential role during the festivities, responsible for the assembly and disassembly of infrastructure, material transport, incident management, and maintenance of basic services such as electricity supply and water and sewage networks.
Inclusive Fairground Attractions
The fairground will remain in its location at Kontzeju Txiki square, with attraction prices unchanged. Notably, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, it will operate without music to provide a calmer environment for Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP). Additionally, ambient music will be turned off two hours before closing each day.
Attractions will close at 12:00 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, and at 10:00 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Furthermore, on July 1st, all rides will offer a reduced price to facilitate access for children and families on the final day of the festival.
Night Buses
The Manttangorri (Gau Txori) night service will continue with three routes, offering on-demand stops between Andre Joakina Haurreskola and Zabaleta, the Ambulatorio and Zatarain, and the Hogar del Jubilado and Antxisu. A new feature allows the latter route to be extended, upon user request, to number 16 Arranbide street, aiding residents in that area.
Schedules will also be adapted to each festive day. On June 26th, 27th, and 29th, the last departures will be between 3:50 AM and 4:11 AM. On the night of June 28th to 29th, the service will extend until approximately 5:50 AM. On June 30th, it will conclude around 1:30 AM.
Additionally, the intercity bus service between Andoain and Donostia will extend its operating hours on the night of June 28th to 29th, with a final departure at 3:00 AM.
