Kaskaras club wins the Cod Competition in Bergara

Due to works in San Martín square, this year the competition took place in El Espolón, with a great atmosphere.

Julen Leturia and Erlantz Olabarria, from the Kaskaras club, have been this year's champions of the Bergara Cod Competition, held in El Espolón due to works in San Martín square.

Following the tradition of Pentecost, the Cod Competition was held this morning in Bergara. Due to works in San Martín square, the kitchens were set up this year in El Espolón, and a great atmosphere prevailed among participants and spectators.
The winners were Julen Leturia and Erlantz Olabarria, from the Kaskaras club, with 81 points. In second place was the San Blas Madura club, with 76 points; and in third place Alberto and Andoni, with 68 points.
The jury that decided the scores was composed of Asun Iglesias, Aitor Etxeberria, and Celsa Fernandez.
