The Socialist Movement of Bergara has accused the Bergara City Council of not providing them with the opportunity to participate in the Oxirondo txosna area, leading them to organize their own festive program in Munibe square.

As expressed by the collective through social media and at the presentation event, the Bergara City Council has not offered them any option to set up a stall in the Oxirondo txosna area. Given this situation, and due to ongoing works in Herriko Plaza, they will locate their festive space this year in Munibe square.
With two weeks remaining until the start of the festivities, the Socialist Movement has indicated that they still lack guarantees for the installation of their txosna. Nevertheless, they have made it clear that they see the need for a txosna area where "everyone in the town can participate with equal opportunities".

"We wanted to make it clear that we see the need for a txosna area where everyone in the town can participate with equal opportunities."
