The Bergara City Council has released the terms and conditions for the use and programming of the Aroztegi Hall in 2027, offering artists the opportunity to showcase their work.

The Bergara City Council has presented the terms and conditions that will govern the use and programming of the Aroztegi Hall for the year 2027. Through this initiative, artists will be given the opportunity to exhibit their work in a space dedicated to art exhibitions, thereby fostering creativity and artistic expression within the community.
Artists wishing to exhibit their works at the Aroztegi Hall must submit their applications through the Electronic Registry of the Bergara City Council or via the other channels provided for in Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015. The deadline for submitting applications is November 25, 2026, at 13:00.
For an application to be considered, artists must use the template prepared by the council (form F0124), duly completed and signed. Along with this, they must submit a dossier detailing their artistic career, photographs of the works they wish to exhibit, and a provisional list of these works, including their dimensions and weights.
It is important to note that submitting an application does not guarantee that the exhibition proposal will be accepted into the annual programming. The final selection will be made by a joint committee that will review the submitted proposals, and the definitive decision will be made by the mayor. The list of accepted applicants will be available from December 12th onwards.
The document further states that if any actions other than those foreseen need to be carried out, the joint committee has the authority to resolve them, although they must be ratified by the mayor. Additionally, should the hall need to be closed in 2027 for reasons of force majeure, exhibitions that could not be held despite being programmed will have priority in the following year's schedule.
