Organized by the Aretxabaleta City Council, the Provincial Council, and the Debagoiena Commonwealth, this edition will assess the impact of recent heatwaves on this year's harvest quality.
The program includes a local produce market and an exhibition of ancient tomato varieties from 10:00 to 14:00. Additionally, practical workshops on seed extraction and tomato-based cooking have been scheduled.
The main event is scheduled for 13:00, when the municipalities of Mendigorría and Aretxabaleta will sign an agreement to promote and highlight their respective tomato varieties.
