AP-1 Arrasate Exit and AP-636 Link in Bergara to Close This Week

The Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa has announced that two significant road closures will take place in Arrasate and Bergara this week due to maintenance work.

In Arrasate, the AP-1 exit ramp will be closed tonight, from approximately 01:00 to 05:00. These closures, in both directions, are due to pavement repair work. Vehicles heading to Arrasate from the AP-1 will need to use the Eskoriatza 123 junction to access the town via the GI-627 road.
Tomorrow night, work will be carried out in Bergara. The junction between the AP-636 and AP-1 roads will be closed to repair an expansion joint. This closure will occur tomorrow night, from approximately 21:30 to 05:00.
This closure will affect the AP-636 from junction 21 to the toll plaza. Drivers wishing to take the AP-1 towards Eibar will be diverted via the GI-627 to the northern junction of Bergara. Those intending to access the AP-1 in the direction of Gasteiz will need to exit at junction 21 and inform the attendant at the roundabout to access the ramp to the toll plaza.
