Morkaiko and Eibar FC Organize July Trip to the Pyrenees

Federated individuals with French Pyrenees coverage can sign up starting June 30th.

The Morkaiko mountaineering society of Elgoibar and Eibar FC have jointly organized an excursion to the Pyrenees for July 18-19, featuring two distinct routes.

The Morkaiko mountaineering society of Elgoibar, in collaboration with Eibar FC, has arranged an outing to the Pyrenees scheduled for July 18th and 19th. Interested participants can register via a form on the club's website starting at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30th.
Participation requires being federated and having coverage in the French Pyrenees. The excursion fee, which covers bus travel, dinner at a refuge, accommodation, and breakfast, is 170 euros for federated members of 'Depor' or Morkaiko, and 200 euros for federated individuals who are not members of either club.
Participants will undertake two routes. On the first day, following travel, the trek will be between Pont d'Espagne and the Wallon refuge, covering 15 kilometers with a positive elevation gain of 1,580 meters. The following day, the route commences from the Wallon refuge, heading to the spa town of Panticosa via Punta dera Faixa (Grand Facha), spanning 16 kilometers with 1,355 meters of positive elevation gain.
