The Itziar Neighborhood Council has organized an extensive range of courses for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year, open to public participation. This year, the previous year's offerings will be maintained with a significant new addition: English will be available again for those aged 7 and above, taught by Geroa Galarraga. Sessions will run from Monday to Friday across various levels and age groups, with specific timings to be arranged among registered participants.
Other courses will also continue. These include opportunities to learn Basque dances (for ages 5 and up), trikitixa and pandero, yoga, crafts and restoration, and sewing or knitting. Furthermore, the popular creative workshop led by Maddi Astigarraga will be reinstated.
Generally, the courses will commence in October and conclude in June, although exceptions may apply, with some courses potentially starting in September.
The registration period will remain open until June 25th.
Interested individuals can submit a completed form received at home to the Itziar Attention Office, or fill out a questionnaire available online or at the office. To withdraw from a course, notification must be given within the first trimester; otherwise, the full course fee will be charged upon commencement of the second trimester.
For further information or to clarify any doubts, individuals can contact ikastaroak@itziar.eus, call 943 199 255, or visit the Itziar Attention Office in person.
