Children, teenagers, and young people in Elgoibar, aged between 3 and 16, will once again have the opportunity to practice various sports during the summer school holidays. Elgoibar Kirola, the brand that has replaced the Municipal Sports Board, has announced its organized courses for the youth for the new summer season.
The offering includes courses in yoga, body hiit, urban dance, and swimming. All these activities will be held during July at the Mintxeta facilities and the Olaizaga sports center. Interested individuals can now register at the sports center reception, by calling 943 744 415, or by emailing olaizagakiroldegia@elgoibar.eus.
The course offerings organized by Elgoibar Kirola for this summer will commence on July 1st, with the primary objective of "promoting sports practice and health among the town's youth."
On July 1st, the yoga, body hiit, and urban dance courses will begin, running for four weeks (until July 28th) with two sessions per week. Yoga and body hiit classes are aimed at teenagers and young people aged 13 to 16, while urban dance is for children aged 4 to 12. Yoga sessions will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays (at 6:00 PM), and body hiit (at 10:00 AM) and urban dance (at 11:00 AM) sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The price for these three courses is 49.40 euros for sports center members and 79.20 euros for non-members. Finally, the swimming courses will take place from July 1st to 22nd, open to young people aged 3 to 16, and will include twelve afternoon sessions, Monday to Thursday. The cost is 71.70 euros for members and 100.05 euros for others.
