IMH Elgoibar Awards and Vocational Training Diplomas Presented

Recognitions for students' professional careers, specialization, and values at the 24th edition.

The IMH Campus has celebrated its 24th awards ceremony, recognizing the professional careers and values of Vocational Training students.

The end of the academic year at the IMH Campus in Elgoibar marked the occasion of the 24th IMH Awards, coinciding with the presentation of Vocational Training diplomas.
The award for Outstanding Former Student was presented to Gorka Garate Rodrigo, manager of Magar Sistemas, acknowledging a professional career characterized by entrepreneurship and a strong work ethic.
In the Specialization category, the award went to Unai Aizpurua Juaristi, from Zarautz, for his excellent work in Additive Manufacturing and his commitment to self-employment with a project in development. He received a diploma and 300 euros in vouchers from the Txankakua business association.
Aitzol Arancibia Irastorza, from Zestoa, was recognized as the Outstanding Higher Level Vocational Training Student for his outstanding performance in the Production Programming cycle in Mechanical Manufacturing at IMH and his successful integration into the workforce at Mitxelena company in Hernani. He also received a diploma and 300 euros in vouchers.
Meanwhile, Eriete Zubizarreta Goenaga, from Azkoitia, received the recognition for Outstanding Intermediate Level Vocational Training Student for the quality of her training, enhanced by international experience through the Erasmus program. Like her peers, she received a diploma and 300 euros in vouchers.
The award for Outstanding Elgoibartarra Student was given to Iker Benito Astigarraga, whose specialized training in Collaborative Robotics and continued professional career at Dicar company highlight his significant trajectory.
In the category for the best company internship report, awards went to Doha Saoune Hachmi from Soraluze (Intermediate Level) and Cristian Correa Ortega from Azkoitia (Higher Level), for the excellence of their reports on activities during their dual training.
Finally, the Values Award, sponsored by Korta, honored three students: Jara Rico Morales from Mendaro, for her outstanding participation in the EuskoSkills and SpainSkills Vocational Training competitions; Doha Saoune Hachmi from Soraluze; and Mónica Herrera Arteaga from Elgoibar, for their involvement in initiatives promoting STEAM vocations and teamwork.
