The Deba Town Council has announced that the parking regulation service, known as OTA, will commence on May 1st in the designated areas of the municipality, running until September 30th.

From that date, it will be necessary to have one of the various OTA card types to park, except in unregulated zones. The season will unfold in two phases: the first during May, when OTA zones will only be active on weekends and public holidays.
From June 1st, the service will operate daily until the season concludes on September 30th. Resident-only zones, however, will be continuously active from May 1st to September 30th.
To streamline permit management, the council has opened the application period for different OTA cards, which will run until April 30th. Available options and their prices include: a special resident card (annual) for 60.00 euros; a seasonal visitor card (May 1st to September 30th) for 60.00 euros; a work card for residents (May 1st to September 30th) for 30.00 euros; and a work card for non-residents (May 1st to September 30th) for 60.00 euros.
Applications for seasonal visitor cards must be processed at the citizen attention service, while other card types will be managed at the Municipal Police office. Residents who have their resident card direct-debited will receive it directly at their home address, without needing to complete any additional procedures.
